Lithia Christian Academy Reviews

I am a graduate of the class of 2004 from LCA and also a 2008 college graduate. I went on full scholarship to my college and entirely grateful for what I learned at LCA. I would definitely send my children there in a heart beat. While LCA may not have the finest facilities, the people care and the curricular standards are above par.

My son has been attending Lithia Christian since kindegarten in 2002 - 2003 school year. He has grown and matured so well! I believe that LCA does a great job in working with each individual child to help them be the best they can be! The teachers communicate successes and areas for improvement and keep the parents in the loop! I look forward to many more years there!

The school has indeed been accredited for the last two school years. The school is like one big family and my daughter is truly very happy there. Her academics are above par, and her teachers push her to be all she can be and not settle for less. She is just leaving second grade and is reading beyond a third grade level. We love the school, and all the teachers, and couldn't be happier.

My daughter attended this school in 2005-2006. I noticed that her reading was not on the level as the kindergartener in public schools and this was suppose to be a 'private school'. At that time the school was trying to get there acreditation and they still haven't been acreditated yet. I immediately pulled her out and enrolled her in a public school. I also had to enroll her in a program called Kumon to get her on track with her reading. She is doing excellent in her reading now. I wonder what her education would have been if I never pulled her out this school. They need to close this school down. Another parent that child attended this school we started talking and her child was experiencing the same thing and she pulled her daughter out as well.

I attended LCA from K-11th grade. I always felt that the teaching staff was above par. The teachers always gave each student individual attention. The acedemics are outstanding. As a parent I appreciate everything this school has to offer and hope to send my children to this school.

This school is great! In my opinion, my child is where she needs to be. She is doing so good here, and I could not ask for more. Here teacher is so good to her as well as everybody she comes in contact there! They all treat her so good, like their own child. She is making all A's here and I know she will continue to with the extrodinary help she gets from her teachers.

My last child graduated from LCA in 2006. I was very pleased with the school. I would have liked more Extracurricular activities. The school was willing to include any sport the children wanted to play. The problem was the lack of interest from the children. I feel the administration was very adequate with discipline. The academics were wonderful. The teachers really care in helping your child succeed.

As a teacher that worked there it is bad. No discipline. The headmaster treats his staff bad. The enrollment keeps dropping due to administration. Teacher don't stay

I would give the Academic status an A. However, the learning environment an F. You have some good days, but too much drama and terrible discipline. I loved the individual attention, but not the 'junk' that went on.

As a former student of Lithia Christian Academy I give them a GRADE A+ for Academic Programs! The Extracurricular activites and for the Parent involvement *Always encouraged by the school leaders and teachers I also rate an A+!! Go LCA LIONS!!
